合肥神舟催化凈化器有限公司系中韓合資企業,2010年12月17日成立于合肥雙鳳開發區,總投資8000萬人民幣,占地面積60畝。擁有專業技術人員40名,博士4名,教授級高級職稱6名,高級工程師8名。公司引進韓國宜安德公司獨自開發并廣泛應用多年的汽油車以及柴油車尾氣后處理技術,與天津大學內燃機燃燒學國家重點實驗室、中國汽車技術研究中心以及中國科技大學等國內其他高等院校在產品研發、標定、匹配、公告等領域進行深度合作。目前能提供滿足國Ⅳ∨到國Ⅵ排放法規的有效且性價比較高的產品:TWC、DOC、POC、DPF、SCR。2013年7月公司通過ISO/TS16949質量管理體系認證,并具備年生產100萬升催化劑(汽油、柴油、天然氣催化劑)及封裝30萬套后處理器的能力。

Company introduces the Gasoline and diesel after-treatment car technology from E&D Co, Ltd Korea which he developed and widely used for many years alone, Depth of the cooperation in product development,calibration, matching, announcements and other fields with Tianjin University State Key Laboratory of engine combustion, China Automotive Technology & Research Center University Of Science And Technology Of China and other institutions of higher learning of the country. Now can provide state Iv Standard and state Vi Standard to the most effective and most valuable products: TWC, DOC and POC, DPF, SCR. The company passed the iso/s16949 Quality Management System certification in July 2013, and has an annual production of 1 million litres of catalyst (gasoline, diesel oil, CNG catalyst), 300000 sets of the post-processor encapsulation ability.
